Request Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)

If you want to remove some or all of your data without deleting your Lithuaningo account, you can submit a request using the options below.

Options available in the app

• Clear AI chat history: Profile → Settings → Clear Chat History

Request data deletion via email

Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

1. The email address associated with your account
2. What data you want removed (e.g., flashcard stats, entire learning history)
3. Your country/region (for compliance handling)

We will verify your identity and process your request. Most requests are completed within 30 days.

What we delete upon request

• Learning history and progress
• AI chat messages associated with your account
• Generated assets linked to your profile (images/audio)

What we may retain

• Purchase records and invoices retained by Apple/Google per their policies
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you
